Shipping policy

Overview

Customers will receive notice when their order has shipped.

Smaller items that we are able to send lettermail ship for free. *Lettermail shipping does not come with tracking. 

Larger items and order quantities are shipped via tracked mail. A Tracking number will be provided to you once your order has shipped.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their shipping address is entered correctly and in its entirety. 

We can not make changes to an order once it has shipped.

 

Local Delivery & Pickup

We offer local delivery within Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Southern Mississauga, and Southern Etobicoke

Free Pickup at our location in Waterdown (Millgrove Sideroad) is also available.

 

Processing Times:

Our processing times are 3-5 business days. This is the time it takes for us to make and package your order. 

Shipping timeline varies based on your location. Please keep in mind there may be seasonal and weather delays to your shipping that are outside of our control.
